URANIE CONFIRMS ITS LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE – Thank you very much for taking the time to complete our 2021 satisfaction survey. We take notes on every response we receive, and your feedback really makes a difference. This year we have reached an overall satisfaction level of 95% in the three macro-areas, Product, Service and Communication. We have improved a lot on the service, since 2017 when we had 78% and we had gained 15 points by reaching 93%; this makes it possible to achieve the same levels of excellence of the other 2 macro-zones, with 95% for the product and 96% for communication.
