On one single site, URANIE International has total control over all the transformation phases, from the reception of untreated laminated steel up to conditioning of the finished product. This is your guarantee that our chrome-plated bars are the most reliable on the market.

To avoid any risk of contamination, any invisible corrosion, URANIE International bars are produced using the continuous flow process on a single site (no intermediary stock) in one single production cycle thanks to 4 chrome-plating workshops which operate 24/7 with integrated maintenance. As a result, 180 persons produce 5,000 tonnes of bars per month.

The rate of the diameter reduction used by URANIE avoids any risk of surface defects. The straightness of the bar is guaranteed by an automatic control.

URANIE requires steel suppliers capable of a reduction ratio equal and over 6 to guarantee material free from any internal defect.
